How much does it cost?+
Design is AED 200 per m², billed under the design contract. If you then order execution from us, the design fee is credited in full against the execution cost, so design comes free with the build. Execution starts at AED 2,500 per m² and depends on the level of finish. Materials are supplier cost plus 20%. All amounts exclude VAT. The Estimate page gives you a range in two minutes.
What is the minimum project?+
Design alone has no minimum. For execution the minimum is AED 150,000, excluding VAT.
Do you take office and commercial projects?+
Yes. Commercial projects are quoted individually after we see the brief and the plan. Start on the Commercial page.
What is included in execution?+
Rough works, basic painting and permit handling. We prepare all documents and coordinate approvals through licensed consultants. Furniture is not included.
Who pays government permit fees?+
The client. We handle the process and the paperwork.
How are materials priced?+
At supplier cost plus a 20% markup through DA Living, our import company. Every item appears as its own line, with the supplier price and our 20% visible.
How long does a project take?+
Execution takes from 2 months, depending on area and level of finish. The schedule is fixed in the contract once the design is approved.
What warranty do you give?+
A 3-year workmanship warranty from handover, in addition to your statutory rights. Materials follow the manufacturer warranty.
Can you supply furniture?+
Furniture is not part of execution, but DA Living can supply it from manufacturers in China at supplier cost plus 20%. See the Materials page.
Can I get a catalog?+

How long does delivery from China take?+
From about 30 days by sea for in-stock items; made-to-order pieces take 8 to 12 weeks. Confirmed in your quote. We plan orders around the build schedule so materials arrive when the site needs them. Production time for made-to-order items and customs clearance are confirmed in your proposal.
Which languages do you work in?+
English and Russian.
How do payments work?+
By stage. You fund each stage into DealBridge escrow, we do the work, you approve it, and the funds are released. Stages and conditions are written in the contract. See Secure payments. See how it works →
What if I am not happy with a stage?+
Raise it on the DealBridge platform before approving. The funds stay in escrow until the issue is resolved under the process set out in your contract.
Can I finance the project in stages?+
Yes. Through DealBridge, partner banks can finance project stages. Subject to bank approval. We are not a lender and do not state rates here. A 0% instalment plan on selected stages is planned.
