How it works.

Contract with stages
Scope, stage list, dates and what counts as "done" for each stage. Agreed with you at signing.

Fund the first stage
You pay the stage amount into DealBridge escrow. We start once it is funded.

We do the work
Progress updates, photos and documents on the DealBridge platform.

You approve
You or your representative checks the stage against the contract. If something is not right, you raise it on the platform and the funds stay in escrow until it is resolved.

Funds are released
Payment moves to us, the next stage opens.

Spreading the cost across stages.

Through DealBridge, project stages can be financed by partner banks, so you can spread the cost across the build instead of paying everything up front. Subject to bank approval. We are not a lender and do not state rates here. 0% instalment plan on selected stages.

DealBridge (DealBridge Technologies FZE, Ajman Free Zone, licence No. 58111) is a secure payment and project workflow platform for renovation and construction in the UAE. It is operated with Trustin, a firm holding an FSRA financial services permission in ADGM. DA Design Works itself is not a regulated financial institution. We built it because renovation money too often goes wrong: every stage of your project is secured through it, the stages are agreed with you at signing, and any disagreement about a stage is handled on the platform.
