- 05HandoverDA Living furniture in place, final snag list and a 3-year warranty.

Common questions.
How long does an apartment renovation take?
Execution starts from about 2 months for an apartment, depending on scope. The schedule is fixed in the contract after the design is approved.
Do you handle building approvals?
Yes. We prepare the drawings and the NOC applications for the building management and work within the permitted hours.
Is there a minimum project size?
Design only has no minimum. Turnkey execution starts from AED 150,000, excl. VAT.
