- 04Build by stagesOur own team, a schedule in the contract, each stage paid through DealBridge escrow.
- 05HandoverDA Living furniture in place, final snag list and a 3-year warranty.

Common questions.
How do you price an office fit-out?
Offices are quoted individually after the brief and plan. Design is AED 200 per m²; furniture and materials through DA Living are at supplier cost plus 20%. Minimum execution project AED 150,000, excl. VAT.
Can you work while the business keeps running?
Yes. We phase the works and agree the hours with the building so the team can keep working.
Do you handle building and landlord approvals?
Yes. We prepare the drawing package and submissions; government fees are paid by the client.
