  5. 05HandoverDA Living furniture in place, final snag list and a 3-year warranty.

Common questions.

How much does a villa renovation cost in Dubai?

Design is AED 200 per m². Turnkey execution starts from AED 2,500 per m² (Essential), AED 3,500–4,000 (Signature) and AED 5,500–6,000 (Prestige), excl. VAT. Furniture and materials are priced separately at supplier cost plus 20%.

Can you change the layout of a villa?

Yes. We design the new layout, prepare the drawings and handle the community and authority approvals before work starts.

Do you also do the garden and pool area?

Yes. Landscape, paths, pergolas, garden lighting and outdoor furniture can be part of the same project and the same schedule.
