- 05HandoverDA Living furniture in place, final snag list and a 3-year warranty.

Common questions.
How do you price a restaurant or shop fit-out?
Commercial projects are quoted individually after the brief and plan. Design is AED 200 per m²; furniture and materials through DA Living are at supplier cost plus 20%.
Can you work to a fixed opening date?
Yes. The schedule is fixed in the contract and the payments are tied to accepted stages through DealBridge escrow.
Do you handle mall and landlord approvals?
Yes. We prepare the drawing package and submissions for the landlord and the authorities.
