An empty shell-and-core floor in Court Tower turned into the head office of a real-estate agency: a reception that greets clients with a marble desk, private offices for the directors, a glass meeting room for deal presentations and an open studio for sixteen agents.

All furniture and lighting were supplied by DA Living.

The brief

A growing real-estate agency needed one office that works for two audiences: clients who come in to sign, and agents who spend the whole day on the phone and at the screen.

The owners asked for a calm, premium first impression, private rooms for the directors, a room to present projects on a big screen and an open floor that stays quiet enough to work.

The challenge

The floor was handed over as bare concrete with an angled glass facade, four structural columns in awkward places and no ceilings, partitions or power on the floor. Everything had to be planned around the diagonal facade and approved by the tower management before work could start.

Our approach

We placed the reception at the entrance with a curved marble desk and a waiting lounge, and set the CEO office, the manager office and a long glass meeting room along the diagonal facade so every closed room gets daylight. The open floor holds sixteen oak workstations in three clusters, with the columns hidden inside storage and planters.

Ceilings were left partly open with dark exposed services, and the rooms got flat wall panels in wood grain and stone finish instead of fluted ones. All seating, desks and tables are from DA Living, with sculptural alabaster linear pendants over the work areas and brass globe lights in the executive office.

The result

A head office that sells the agency before anyone speaks: clients walk into a quiet, warm reception, and the team works in daylight with everything built in.
